#MissSupranational2014 : Venezuela wins Miss Supranational 2014

Ebola: Strict visa regime hits international beauty contest in India

Yenniffer Poleo won on Sunday, the 6th edition of the Miss Supranational beauty pageant.
A first and exception for the the 27 years old model from  the capital of the Carabobo state, Valencia, elected in a ballot voting.

The pageant, recognized as the shooting star among the global TOP 5, was designated to be held in India after its 5-years lasting launch in Europe. It suffered from the Ebola impact on an already strict Indian visa regime and had to call off its final stage show in Udaipur.

Hence, an esteemed eleven-head jury from international business and finance as well as the model and fashion industry had to choose amongst a pre-selected group of 30 contestants.

Ms Poleo will promote the veracity-driven pageant project and its cause “Good Governance and Welfare” until its new non-scripted reality format with final telecast in summer.

The Hong Kong based licensor run by a team from politics and real economy around its President Carsten Mohr, a German compliance and anti-fraud specialist, suffered a setback in 2013 when a Belarusian TV station double-dealed with an ex-host from Poland trying to duplicate the pageant.

Turning weakness into strength, Supranational will add a #SpreadKnowledgeNotEbola campaign to its future “Make a Better World” projects focussed on enabling to self-help and promotion of civil society, education and small businesses.
