A PIECE OF PEACE: Finding The Staircase To Who YOU Are…

Every great success has always been achieved by fight. Every winner has scars. The men who succeed are the efficient few. They are the few who have the ambition and will power to develop themselves.

So how do you earn your place among those select few?

There are no shortcuts to success. You need to strive to achieve it and the first step towards being successful is finding out your true passion and what you really want to do in life. It could be challenging as it’s something that cannot be taught or acquired, but has to be discovered.

Discovering your passion is the first step towards achieving your true potential. For those of you who are struggling to figure it out, here are a few pointers to nudge you in the right direction:

1)    What doesn’t exhaust you? Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life! That says it all – no matter for how long you do it, you should enjoy your job.

2)   Gathering yourself: Try to go back to your childhood days and recollect the dream you nurtured for the longest time. If it still fascinates you, take it up seriously.

3) Play the game: While gathering yourself, it is likely that you might have multiple things on the list you will want to pursue. Prepare pros and cons for each idea, or give them a trial run and very soon you will be able to get down to that one thing!

4) Be a master of your dreams: You may desire or dream of something which may not be practical or appear futile to the world. You may be passionate about starting a kite flying business or starting a footwear store; your passion needs to be fulfilling to you and not anybody else.

5) Get curious and explore: If you do not really feel passionate about something, it might be possible that you have not experienced it yet. After all, life is a journey where we need to keep experiencing and learning new things. It could be trying out a new hobby, joining a music class or volunteering for a community service activity.

6) What is it that you would do even if you were not paid for it?  Yes, it might sound a little weird; but if you think there is something you wouldn’t mind doing without expecting any monitory benefits, then that definitely is your passion.

It is important to have a strong reason to get out of bed each day. That reason which is born out of your passion, will be the fuel you need to make your dreams a reality. NEVER GIVE UP!

Be yourself, because everyone else is taken.

Much love,
