Former rap star, now Evangelist Abraham Philip Akpor Kojo Kenya formerly known in Ghanaian showbiz as Lord Kenya, celebrated his fourth year in Christendom by spending time with inmates of the Kumasi Central prison on October 28, 2014 where he shared messages of hope and his new found love, The Gospel.
During his ministration, the former “heavy weight rap champion” shared stories of his past experience and explained his continuous existence was God’s plan to make him a testimony to several others hence the need not for the inmates to despair.
Inmates who could not hide their excitement at the visit thanked Lord Kenya and his Ministry as they enjoyed products from Nestle Ghana Limited.
As part of the visit, Lord Kenya also presented 20 Bags of rice, 7 Gallons of cooking oil, 50 Sachets of water, tubers of yam and drinks to the upkeep of the facility.
Present were renowned media personalities including William Des Bordes (Lovn Cee), Charles Asare and actor, Bill Asamoah and many others.
