HAPPY DEATH DAY MOVIE PREMIERE On 14th NOVEMBER, 2014

Fast rising Ghanaian actress, Kafui Danku has moved up from acting to producing her own movie. 

Her debut production Letters To My Mother,which has been well received in Ghana and Nigeria, earned Kafui three nominations at the 2013 City People Entertainment Awards. She won the award for Best New Actress (Ghana).

She is set to premiere her third movie titled “Happy Death Day” from her own production company – ABC Pictures, come Friday, November 14th, 2014, at the Silver-bird Cinemas.

Kafui, who is currently in Nigeria working on movie related issues, said that “Happy Death-day boasts of an astral cast including Alexx Ekubo, Elikem Kumordzie, Nana Ama Mcbrown, James Gardiner, Too-sweet Annan, Salma Mumuni Kafui herself and fast rising reggae Dancehall artist Stonebwoy Burniton ( BhimNation Activist ), who happens to the the surprise guest.

The movie was directed by Kobi Rana. Having been featured in many movies, the beauteous Kafui said she believed she’s making advancement and that with God’s help, she will surely get to her very peak in the movie industry.

She encapsulate what the movie is about, she disclosed that, ‘In a world of mistakes and accidents, disaster is inevitable. How do we control damage without being damaged?

A group of young friends in their quest to give their mate a memorable birthday end up in massive danger. With the vice president and the law involved, only the craziest can survive so ‘Happy Death Day.’

According to her, the movie will not only be premiered in Ghana. She’s therefore putting plans in place to premiere the movie in other countries since movie fans outside Ghana are calling on her to premiere the movie in their respective countries.
