Sarkodie Speaks On Emotional Encounter On Stage With Female Fan At Ghana Meets Naija

All over the world, renowned performers are sometimes confronted by zealous and admiring fans who weep, break down and even faint on seeing their idols perform.

The show had travelled over halfway into its run and  Ghana’s reigning Best Rapper was in full flight delivering  his share of goodies to patrons. Sporting an all black costume and black shades to complement his dapper appearance, the “Rapperholic” was killing it.

Then out of the blue, a female fan obviously overwhelmed to see her “idol” in real person could not just stand the excitement of seeing Sarkodie on stage. She jumped onto the stage and flung herself at his feet.

Not even the security guards on duty could get the lady who was holding the feet of Sarkodie off the stage.

When Sarkodie acknowledged her presence and gave her a hug, the “number one” fan appeared to have fallen into a trance, an incident that drew a lot of cheers from the crowd.

GUBA Foundation Hosts An Informative And Entertaining Autism Awareness Seminar

On Saturday 17th May, the GUBA Foundation held its fourth awareness event. It was a fun-packed, dynamic and informative day where specialists in child behaviour & development engaged with families living with autism. The spotlight duly turned to those living with autism, giving them a platform to share their experiences. Vanessa Bobb gave a mother’s perspective, sharing her struggles with her son’s autism and how difficulties in finding support fuelled her drive to start her own BME autism advocacy group.

Nana-Ama Kyeafi spoke emotively from a sibling’s perspective, and how parents need to be just as acutely aware of those amongst their children who don’t have autism as those that do. Mr. George Ameyaw also spoke from a father’s perspective, and how his work with the Foundation has helped him learn about his daughter’s diagnosis. Jean Smith, who years after fighting for the rights of her two autistic sons discovered that she herself had autism, also shared her experience.

Gasmilla Talks About Upcoming Debut Album And Ghana Music Award ‘Snub’

Milla Joseph Odartei Lamptey popularly known as Gasmilla is working towards the release of his first music album soon after the World Cup. The album which is titled “Better Late Than Never” according to him, would contain about twenty to thirty songs including Aboodantoi, Three Points, Letter To Government and his new single, B3 Ole (Abi You Know). He also hinted that the album features a couple of underground artists.

Milla explained his reason for not featuring any known artist on his songs saying “Why give food to somebody who is already full? There is no need putting artists who have made it on my song because they do not need that kind of exposure I will give them on my album”.

He said the underground artists who are trying hard to make it are the ones who need that exposure therefore he has decided to dedicate his first album to them, and hopefully that would help teleport them to fame and help push them to the top. He also asked his fans to continue to support his music and he is going work hard to bring them nothing but the best.

Cass T and Sarkodie
It's obvious every soul in Ghana knows that our own 4syte tv is owned by none other than Ignace, but what we don't know is that 4syte tv UK belongs to a different person altogether.....you might have a funny idea of who the CEO of 4syte tv UK is, but I just want to declare that "it is a She" oh yeah it is definitely a she!!! She was the event manager for the 2011 Ghana vrs England football game in Wembley and that was where she met Ignace.

Now that solves the puzzle to why we have different CEO's.

The Ghanain born and raised in UK goes by the name Cassandra Tackie but she is well known by the name Cass T. Upon speaking to Cass T', I realized 4syte tv UK could not be in a more better hand than hers ...... whoever said what men can do, women can't do it better?  "There will be some fresh faces on your screens soon as 4syte Uk will be bringing more to your screens in the coming months", she promised.
