Miss Unique Pageant launched in the Ashanti Region

Miss Unique pageant is a prestigious beauty pageant which showcases the beauty, culture, Intelligence and talents of young and up and coming ladies. According to organizers of the show, Glamorous Events Consults: “Our mission is to empower young ladies; thus by inspiring young girls to identify themselves as valuable, powerful, cultured, beautiful and talented young women and also teach them how to tap into their inner beauty and appreciate it, show them how to believe in themselves and teach girls the value of having a positive attitude, having faith in God, respecting themselves and working hard.

The Finals of this year’s Miss Unique Beauty Pageant, being organized under the theme, “Empowering Girls” takes off on the 7TH OF JUNE 2014 at the culture center (APATA KESE ASE).

Contestants for the 2014 edition of the Miss Unique Pageant include Harriet Osei Bonsu 18-years-old, Hannah Ofori Kiti-Ellie, Mary Opoku Serwaah 18 years old, Pearl Fleischer Dejoleto, Abigail Aboagye Kwashei, Emmanuella Oduro, Fadila Osman, Cassandra Efia Afiriyie 18 years old, Nana Afia Adjei Nkurumah, Dorcas Anane 20 years old, Sandra Antwi Bosiako, Mavis Adobea 19 years old, Kwartemaa Ataa Sekeyere, Theresah Konadu 19 years old and Benedictor Fidel Baaba Dovsu 18 years old.
According to the CEO of the Glamorous Events Consults, Miss Estelle O. Ruth, said the Fifteen (15) Finalists on the night of the coronation will showcase the rich culture and heritage of our country and will as well talk and educate the audience at large on other pressing less fortunate issues in our country.

All the activities of the delegates would be filmed and relayed to the viewing audience in captivating diaries during the finals, that would help sustain the interest of the general public in the pageant as well as promote the brand of sponsors.

The organizers indicated that all fifteen finalists would be judge on voting and on their performance during the grand finale.

The final show will see delegates make a 3-minute presentation on a pressing less fortunate issue.

This year’s ultimate winner will have the privilege of undertaking some very important activities as well as walking away with an enviable prize package. During her reign, Miss Unique Pageant will embark on such activities including: visiting some schools to educate the young ones on the importance of our culture and heritage. She will also donate to some less fortunate and orphanages homes in the Ashanti Region.
