"Ghanaians Look Down on Bikinis"- Exopa Modeling Agency P.R.O

The P.R.O of Exopa Modeling Agency, Alice Ewura Esi Adu has told Flex newspaper in an interview that Ghanaians look down on Bikinis.

According to Alice, most Ghanaians feel modeling is all about exposing the private part of the body just for fun forgetting about the business aspect of it. She said that often people frown at the sight of slim gorgeous damsels in their Bikini all because they assume it is not part of Ghanaian culture, forgetting that some groups of people in Ghana have puberty rite that exposes the breast and thighs of ladies during the occasion.

Such unpleasant comments discourage parents from allowing their daughters to model. Modeling comprises advertising, showcasing, appearing on bill boards and more.

She was however optimistic of the future of modeling in Ghana. “I know with time Ghanaians will know the essence of the modeling industry in the country and support it. Modeling builds the confidence level of an individual,” she concluded.
