Ludacris Wants Full Custody of Infant Daughter

There's a new twist in the child support case between Ludacris and Tamika Fuller, the mother of his infant daughter. The father of two now wants full custody of his nearly 3-month-old baby girl, Cai Bella Bridges.

A TMZ report says that the rapper/actor born Christopher Bridges filed documents stating that he is a "fit and capable parent," and cited his relationship with 12-year-old daughter Karma Bridges as an example.

The 36-year-old notes himself as an "active father" in the pre-teen's life. In 2011, the proud papa launched an educational website, Karmasworld.com, in honor of his eldest daughter.

In new docs, Luda asks that Fuller pay him child support. Previously, Fuller requested $15,000 in monthly support for the baby, but Luda sought to cap his payout below $1,800. A judge settled on $7,000 pending further inquiry into the Disturbing tha Peace frontman's finances, which claims the star only made $55,000 in 2013. Luda attributed his shortened cash flow to the delay of Fast & Furious 7 after co-star Paul Walker died last fall.
Gaining custody would help the multi-millionaire get out of paying Fuller. The baby was reportedly conceived during Luda's break from girlfriend Eudoxie Agnan. In the two-plus months since the baby was born negative headlines have followed both parents.

Luda accused Fuller of extortion and asked that a judge enforce a gag order to stop her from publicly speaking on the case. In response, several tweets from a page allegedly belonging to Fuller asked that the "negativity stop" and announced that Luda had yet to meet his daughter.

"Let's not lose focus that an innocent child is involved and her best interests come before any of all of this foolishness," read one of the tweets. "She has yet to meet her father and it's unfortunate because I would never keep him from seeing her."
