Dennis Mirpuri, the Editor of CampioneSports.net, will be making a return to radio, when he hosts the Power Sports Update on Power 103.5FM on February 3rd, days after quitting Live 91.9FM.
The ex-Joy FM and Pravda Radio sports broadcaster posted on his official twitter account on Tuesday: “To my fans, I will be back on radio with “POWER SPORTS UPDATE” on POWER 103.5FM every weekday from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Feb. 3rd.FINGERS CROSSED!”
Mirpuri will also anchor the foreign sports news segment on Ghana’s first ever English Language sports morning show – Power Sports in the Morning – to be hosted by the former Metro TV Sports host, Christopher Opoku, between 6:00am and 10:00am on Power 103.5FM.
Dennis Mirpuri joins a star studded team at Power 103.5FM, comprising Christopher Opoku, former GTV and Radio XYZ sports broadcaster Henry Asante Twum, former Metro TV sports broadcaster Michael Katahena and ex-Joy FM journalist Sammy Darko, who is now a reporter for the BBC.
Meanwhile, Dennis has revealed to a fan on twitter his reasons for leaving Live FM.
