KOBI FOR NDC?

KOBI outsings LUMBA, KWABENA KWABENA, AMPONG, SYDNEY, DIANA ASAMOAH, etc.....
The relationship between politics and musicians in this year's elections is funny. One can't help wondering why most of the musicians are singing for NPP. Is it about the money, passion or emotional attachment to the party. Kobi has done it before by composing and directing the best tribute song to the late President Atta Mills. Now, the multi-talented dude shocks every politics and entertainment fan with an extremely creative, danceable and infectious hit song entitled: JM. A song for the NDC. Few people who heard the leaked track cannot stop dancing and singing along no matter their political affiliation. It is a mix of jama, highlife, azonto and francophone recorded in a live band studio. With rich voice and composition, I think Kobi just saved NDC from their mediocre songs we see on screen daily. JM is a song that can be played at any party or club. Kobi, make sure you are paid gargantually for this masterpiece.

CypressGH contacted Kobi and asked him why he decided to venture a risky affair like politics". He replied "I am a musician. I am doing my job. I can sing for any product or brand and get paid. It does not mean I use that product". All we need is for people to vote in peace. Your political opponent is not your enemy. My mother is NPP whilst my father is NDC but they have been married for 35 years. They debate on politics in the day and have sex at night"
