GUBA CAREERS TO BRIDGE DIASPORA TRANSITION GAP

GUBA Enterprise has announced that the Second Edition of its careers event, GUBA Careers, will be held on Saturday 10th February 2018 at the London offices of reputable UK law firm - Clyde & Co.

Dubbed "The Diaspora Transition" or "TDT", the event aims to bridge the gap between professionals in the diaspora and companies in Ghana. Over 20 recruiters from industries such as business, politics, law, technology, banking, media and real estate will meet and interact with individuals who are interested in moving to Ghana.

Dentaa Amoateng MBE, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the GUBA Enterprise said the event seeks to assist people with integration into Ghana by providing advice on the career opportunities and challenges with transitioning back home.

"With Ghana’s new government focused on establishing relationships with the diaspora community, GUBA Careers is a key opportunity for members of the diaspora to integrate into the Ghanaian society and contribute their skills and investment into the country’s development”, she added.

The event and vision has been greatly endorsed by the Ghanaian government and the Diaspora Office of the President of Ghana will be in attendance.
