Live 91.9 FM’s Antoine Mensah has rubbished claims by fans of Shatta Wale that he (Antoine) hates the "Hol' It" &‘kakai’ hitmaker.
He took to his Facebook Wall Thursday Afternoon to clear the air about his purported hatred for Wale when he shared his thoughts about the ‘Hol' it’ musician performing at the Glo CAF Awards to be held tonight.

There’s the need for me to clear the air on a misinterpretation of my opinion on Shatta Wale being confirmed to perform at the GLO CAF AWARDS tonight.
My expression was that of surprise & excitement! Nothing less. No negativity, phd or hatred in my opinions. I went ahead to explain why I was surprised that they called on him instead of any other artistes (including GLO reps) & it will interest you to know that even he as an artiste expressed surprise at being called to represent as the only artiste from Ghana.
It’s funny how the blogs left out my statements about my favorite Shatta Wale song and my positive affirmation at hearing the news about what song he was even going to perform (Reality). I’ve got nothing but appreciation for Shatta and his unique place in our industry. I wish him nothing but the best of luck tonight and expect him to make his fans proud.
For those who tuned in thank you. There’s no form of hatred or negativity in me for any Ghanaian artiste whatsoever. Our industry doesn’t have the space or time for that. His songs are more than played and pushed on the station I represent and on my show for that matter. Stay blessed & stay positive…always!
