At a press conference yesterday at Surfline LTE lounge in Osu, sensational award winning and songstress Jane Awindor famously called Efya, was officially announced as the headliner for this year’s Girl Talk Concert which is slated for 18th of December at the National Theatre.
Addressing the press, the Chief Executive of Palm Media, Emmanuel Kiki Banson, said his outfit after scrutinizing and traveling to some African countries to search for the next female art to headline this year’s event finally arrived at the decision of choosing Efya after watching her on stage for over two hours at +233 Jazz Bar and Grill in Accra.
According to him, the “Sexy Saccy Wahala” singer is one of the most creative musicians and top singers across the continent and to have her headlining this year’s concert is amazing for Ghana and beyond.

The multiple award-winning songstress known for hit songs like ”Cigarette”, “One Of Your Own”, “Gingam Too Much”, ”Best In Me”, “Forgetting Me”, “Jorley” among others, expressed joy for being the next art to headline the show for the next three years.
The organisers of the concert, Palm media also announced their readiness to host this year’s edition of the Girl Talk Women’s Fair at the Osu Oxford Street on the 12th and 13th of December.
They explained that, the objective of the fair is a step further to show the quality and diversity of the Girl Talk brand and a way to support the local entrepreneurs and to make the whole Christmas shopping experience a delightful activity.
