Check Out Lydia Forson’s Dazzling Look At The Notting Hill Carnival

The Notting Hill Carnival is an annual event that is celebrated on the streets of Notting Hill, Royal Borough of Kensington, Chelsea, London and England, each August since 1964, as a means for Afro-Caribbean communities to celebrate their own cultures and traditions.

It is led by members of the British West Indian community, and attracts around one million people annually, making it one of the world's largest street festivals, and a significant event in British culture.

The 2015 Notting Hill carnival took place on the August Bank Holiday weekend in the streets of London W11. It was a dazzling display of both social solidarity and artistic expression (not forgetting some stunning costumes).

Award winning Ghanaian actress, writer, and producer Lydia Forson made a glittering appearance at this years carnival.
