Ballroom Soiree Set For September 26th In Accra

Partner dance among many benefits holds positive effect on mental health and one gathering that is ready to cement this fact is the 11th annual Ballroom Soiree which takes place this weekend.

Like other partner dance programs that has already been effected on the Ghana Dance Festival (GDF)  calendar, this will witness some lively ballroom dancing clubs from the Benin, Togo and hosts Ghana.

This will be held at the Osu Presby Hall on Saturday, September 26 from 8.00pm to 4.00am.

Organisers have since called on individuals and couples whether beginner, intermediate or pro to be part of the once in a year dance fiesta in view of the fact that Ghanaian Traditional Highlife dance has been included.

"A key reason to support and participate in Apex Ballroom Soiree is the fact that Ghanaian Traditional Highlife dance has been dully added. So the night will not only see the dance of fox trop, waltz, rumba and the like. It will also experience Highlife dance like never before."

This is an event of the Apex Ballroom Dancing Club brought to you in partnership with the Ghana Dance Festival (GDF), powered by CA-IM.
