Ms. Francisca Oteng Mensah is the youngest at the newly elected NPP parliamentary candidate for Kwabre East constituency. 

The 22 year old paid a surprise visit to the New Patriotic Party presidential candidate Nana Akuffo-Addo’s office this afternoon.

She was accompanied by her constituency executives and her father, Dr. Kwaku Oteng.
