Last year, Wanlov made the headlines with his outrageous attire to the Chale Wote Street Art Festival, and well this year he took it a step further.

On saturday, August 23rd, 2014 the opening day of the festival Wanlov shared a photo showing painted portions of his manhood on twitter…
