Sandra Ankobiah Gets New Job

Lawyer, model and television presenter, Sandra Ankobiah, has added yet another role to her schedules when last Wednesday, she was chosen as the Co-coordinator for Legal Advocacy Foundation (LAF).

The formal announcement was made at an event organised by the Private Investors Protection Agency (PIPA) to honour the foundation’s president, Dr Maurice Ampaw.

As the co-ordinator for a non-profit legal institution, it is expected that Sandra would spearhead the foundation’s programmes and seek for sponsorships on behalf of the institution.

In his presentation, Dr Maurice Ampaw, who is also the founder of the institution, said Sandra was chosen for her highly objective sense of analysis and passion for the welfare of the poor and needy in society.

The co-host of New Day on TV3 also expressed her appreciation to the organisation for the confidence reposed in her and promised to work hard and use her brand to attract goodwill for the organization.

The Legal Advocacy Foundation was founded in 2010 to bring justice to all and sundry irrespective of the background and to educate people on their rights and obligations on legal issues.
Former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings was the guest speaker at the event.
