Viasat1 Ghana’s flagship talk show – The One Show makes a comeback with season 7 on Monday 3rd February, 2014. Regular hosts, PY Addo Boateng and Joselyn Dumas will welcome viewers to another exciting and interactive journey of entertainment and lifestyle.
The One Show, which is Viasat1’s premiere own production, has risen to be a household name in Ghana and has chalked immense success from the fourth season. Over the past few years, it has proved to be a benchmark for TV talk shows in Ghana. Season 7 promises to make greater strides, following the consistent LIVE production it began two seasons ago.
Coming on the heels of a successful run last year, the new season of ‘The One Show’ will discuss more pressing issues that viewers can easily relate to. Programmes Manager of Viasat1, Frank Norteye, says the interactivity between viewers and the show will be one factor being considered.
“The One Show is designed to get closer to the people, so we want them to feel a part of the show by interacting with us on social media and phone calls.” According to Mr. Norteye, very important topics ranging from Family to Lifestyle, Relationships and Gender issues, as well as personal experiences, would be discussed.

The One Show Season 7 aims to attract an increased audience share, interactivity, and also involve the audience, which will pull more eyeballs from a larger scope.
