Nelly Slams Madonna for Using N-Word

Nelly wants to keep this simple: "Madonna f---ed up."

Last Friday January 24th, the iconic pop singer used her Instagram account to post a picture of one of her sons, Rocco, boxing. She captioned the photo of the white 13-year-old with, "No one messes with Dirty Soap! Mama said knock you out! #disn---a."

Though the backlash for her hashtag was immediate, her first response was to delete the caption and replace it with, "Ok let me start this again #get off my d--k haters!"

Madge later released a formal statement to E! Online, saying, "I am sorry if I offended anyone with my use of the N-word on Instagram. It was not meant as a racial slur ... I am not a racist."

She went on, "There's no way to defend the use of the word. It was all about intention ... it was used as a term of endearment toward my son who is white. I appreciate that it's a provocative word and I apologize if it gave people the wrong impression. Forgive me."
Curiously, Madonna then showed up to the Grammy Awards Sunday evening January 26th with another one of her sons, David, who is black.

Forgiven, maybe, says Nelly, but never forget. "It's all good, she apologized, she know the error of her ways," he told TMZ when asked about the whole debacle outside of a Grammy after party. "She needs to get her s--t right," he also said.
