CHEMPHE TO BUILD KVIP TOILETS FOR HASUUDZIE VILLAGE

Ghanaian R&B singer, Chemphe after a remarkable survey on vulnerability in the Hasuudzie village in the Central Region, has finally confirmed providing the community with their most sought for request. The village which is located 600 meters away from Saltpond currently does not have light, water and other basic facilities.

Hasuudzie village will experience a major physical development in the community under the “Double P” project by Chemphe. He confirmed that he will be building a KVIP toilet, which is also lacking in the village. Chemphe believes that the village has tourism worthy beaches and he is very optimistic that when the beach is kept clean it will attract numerous developments. Chemphe and his team E-Jam Records will administer similar project at “Jakiti” at the eastern region before close of year 2012.

The “Double P” project which campaigns for peace and against poverty has been instrumental in educating fish mongers in Tema Newtown and providing excellent human capital development to people in the Hasuudzie village in August 2012. Though one of the key issues he faces is funding, he is still pushing his dream of becoming a global citizen, a tool for poverty reduction and peace, a reality.
